Darren Barr Fletcher (born 1 February 1984) is a Scottish footballer who plays as a central midfielder and captains West Bromwich Albion and the Scotland national team. He has also played as a right midfielder or as an emergency defender.

Fletcher came through the ranks of Manchester United's Youth Academy and has won five Premier Leagues, one FA Cup, two League Cups, the UEFA Champions League and the FIFA Club World Cup. Fletcher was included in the PFA Premier League Team of the Year for 2009–10. Including his time as a schoolboy, Fletcher spent 20 years with Manchester United, making 342 appearances for the club and was named vice-captain in his last season with the club.
